Pinwheels

Ingredients:
Tortillas, whipped cream cheese, green (lettuce, spinach, etc), cheese (pepper jack in this case), colorful veggies (tomato, onion, peppers), sauce (jalepeno mustard here)

Spread whipped cream cheese. Spatula works best. Objective: adhesive (top center is the only place it is absolutely necessary)

Lettuce as the first layer adds color.

 Cheese.

Peppers, onions, or other colorful vegetables

Green. Spinach adds texture and an additional shade of green. The objective here is to keep the same thickness of tortilla, cheese, veggies, and lettuce to create an even roll.

Roll tightly. (too tightly tears the tortilla)

Serrated knives work best. Cut off the raw edges, then slice the rest.

Arrange and eat!
